About me

Mr. Singh has been practicing law in the New York State and Federal Courts for more than 11 years. He was a principal attorney at Bikram Singh Law, P.C., after graduating with honors from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2008.

Mr. Singh represents individuals and businesses in a diverse range of residential and commercial landlord-tenant matters and real estate litigation in all of New York State Courts. Specifically, Mr. Singh represents clients in residential and commercial nonpayment proceedings, holdover proceedings concerning nonprimary residence, illegal sublet, illegal activity (short-term rentals – Airbnb etc.) and succession claims. In Housing Court and New York State Supreme Court, Mr. Singh has successfully represented clients in shareholder/cooperative disputes, cooperative board election disputes, rent-stabilization claims, rent overcharge claims, subleases, assignment among other claims. Mr. Singh also focuses on business formation, corporate compliance, business development and commercial litigation.

Mr. Singh was a Supervising Attorney for the Volunteer Lawyer for the Day Program from June 2014 through December 2017 through New York State Courts Access to Justice Program where he received a distinguished service award from New York State Courts. Mr. Singh is also an active member of the New York City Bar Association and the Queens County Bar Association since 2013.
